Report - Patients with Last Appointment and Revenue

This report lists all patients that are not deleted in patientNOW with their last appointment date and lifetime $ spent in your practice.

Initial Data Set

any patient where the

  • patient is not deleted
  • appointment is not deleted, canceled or rescheduled
  • invoice is not deleted
  • payment is not deleted or refunded

  • Patient Last Name - Patients | Registration / Billing, Patient Information Tab - Last field
  • Patient First Name - Patients | Registration / Billing, Patient Information Tab - First field
  • Patient DOB - Patients | Registration / Billing, Patient Information Tab - Date of Birth field
  • Patient Email - Patients | Registration / Billing, Contact Information Tab - Present Address Section - Email field
  • Patient Main Provider - Patients | Registration / Billing, Patient Information Tab - Main Provider field
  • Recent Appt Date - Patients | Patient Communications, Communications Hub Tab - Communications section - Newest Appointment. Note: This may be in the future.
  • Charge - Patients | Registration / Billing, Invoices Tab - Sum of Total Cost

Sort Order

  • Patient Name (last name, first name)
  • Patient DOB
